Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in various Asterisk products, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. These issues are caused due to the use of "sscanf()" calls without specifying a maximum width for the field being parsed, which could allow attackers to exhaust stack memory in the SIP stack network thread by presenting overly long numeric strings in various fields, leading to a denial of service condition.
