Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in mimeTeX and mathTeX, which could be exploited by remote attackers to gain knowledge of sensitive information or compromise a vulnerable system. These issues are caused by buffer overflows, input validation errors, and insecure temporary file handling, which could allow remote attackers to disclose certain information or inject and execute arbitrary commands.
