A vulnerability has been identified in EMC RepliStor, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service or compromise a vulnerable system. This issue is caused by an integer overflow error in "ctrlservice.exe" and "rep_srv.exe" services when processing specially crafted requests, which could be exploited by remote unauthenticated attackers to crash an affected system or execute arbitrary code via a specially crafted message.
