A vulnerability has been identified in Kaspersky Anti-Virus, which could be exploited by local attackers to cause a denial of service or gain elevated privileges. This issue is caused by an input validation error in the "klim5.sys" driver when processing user-land supplied addresses via IOCTL "0x80052110", which could allow malicious users to crash an affected system or execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges.
