Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Ayemsis Emlak Pro, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries or disclose sensitive information.
The first issue is caused due to the database file "acc.mdb" being stored insecurely in the web folder, which could be exploited by attackers to download the database without authentication.
The second vulnerability is caused by an input validation error in the "panel/Login.asp" script when processing user-supplied login credentials, which could be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
