A vulnerability has been identified in KVM, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an infinite loop within the "protocol_client_msg()" [vnc.c] function when processing certain messages, which could allow attackers to cause a vulnerable host to exhaust all available memory resources, creating a denial of service condition.
