Technical Description
Two vulnerabilities have been identified in various VMware products, which could be exploited by attackers to gain elevated privileges or cause a denial of service.
The first issue is caused by a memory corruption error in the virtual machine hardware when processing malicious requests sent from the guest operating , which may cause the virtual hardware to write to uncontrolled physical memory.
