A vulnerability has been identified in Gentoo, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in Secret Rabbit Code (libsamplerate) when extreme low conversion ratios are used, which could allow attackers to crash an affected application or potentially execute arbitrary code.
