Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in various Avira products, which could be exploited by local attackers to gain elevated privileges.
The first issue is caused due to input validation errors in a driver when processing certain IOCTL requests, which could allow malicious unprivileged users to overwrite a kernel pointer and execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.
The second vulnerability is caused due to insecure use of the "CreateProcess()" API in "sched.exe", which could allow local users to gain elevated privileges.
