A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows, which could be exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system. This issue is caused by a buffer underflow error in the Microsoft Server Message Block (SMB) Protocol when handling specially crafted file names, which could allow authenticated or Guest users to execute arbitrary code by sending specially crafted packets to a vulnerable server.
