A vulnerability has been identified in Sun Solaris and OpenSolaris, which could be exploited by malicious users to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an error in the Access Control List (ACL) implementation for UFS file systems, which may allow a local unprivileged user to panic a system which has a UFS filesystem, creating a denial of service condition.
