A vulnerability has been identified in Sun Solaris, which could be exploited by local attackers to potentially gain elevated privileges. This issue is caused by an unspecified error within text editors (vi, ex, vedit, view, and edit) when handling tags, which could allow malicious users to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of another user.
