A vulnerability has been identified in Samba, which could be exploited by malicious users to bypass security restrictions. This issue is caused due insecure permissions being set on the "group_mapping.tdb" file when re-created after a deletion, which could be exploited by local attackers to disclose or manipulate group mapping data.
