Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Ruby, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions, cause a denial of service or spoof certain data.

The first issue is caused due to "untrace_var" being permitted at safe level 4, "$PROGRAM_NAME" being modifiable at safe level 4, insecure methods being callable at safe level 1-3, and Syslog operations being permitted at safe level 4.

The second vulnerability is caused by an error in "WEBrick::HTTPUtils.split_header_value" when handling regular expressions, which could be exploited to exhaust all available memory resources, creating a denial of service condition.

The third issue is caused by an error in "dl", which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security checks and call dangerous functions.

The fourth vulnerability is caused by an error in "resolv.rb", which could allow remote attackers to spoof DNS responses. This issue is related to : VUPEN/ADV-2008-2023
