Solution

Upgrade the affected packages :
# emerge --sync
# emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose " >=dev-lang/perl-5.8.8-r5"
# emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose " >=sys-devel/libperl-5.8.8-r2"
