Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP), which could be exploited by malicious users to bypass security restrictions and gain elevated privileges. This issue is caused by a design error where a user with an administrator role can create, modify, or delete a superuser account, which has greater system privileges, resulting in full control of the system.
