This issue is caused by an error when handling TCP segments with a specific combination of TCP flags while the application is configured for layer 7 load balancing and servers behind the CSM/CSM-S are overloaded and/or fail to accept a TCP connection, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a vulnerable device to stop passing traffic, creating a denial of service condition.
