A vulnerability has been identified in ZABBIX, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an error in "zabbix_agentd" when processing multiple "vfs.file.cksum" requests containing certain arguments (e.g. "/dev/zero" or "/dev/urandom"), which could be exploited to cause a vulnerable agent to exhaust all available memory resources or stop processing new requests, creating a denial of service condition.
