A vulnerability has been identified in Red Hat Directory Server, which could be exploited by malicious users to bypass security restrictions and potentially obtain elevated privileges. This issue is caused due to insecure permissions being set on certain directories, which could be exploited by local attackers to replace Java Archive (JAR) files and execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the user running a vulnerable server or its applications.
