Two vulnerabilities have been identified in Acronis Snap Deploy, which could be exploited by attackers to gain knowledge of sensitive information or cause a denial of service condition.
The first issue is caused by an input validation error in the TFTP service included with the PXE Server (pxesrv.exe) component, which could be exploited to conduct directory traversal attacks and gain unauthorized read access to arbitrary files.
The second vulnerability is caused by a NULL pointer dereference error in the TFTP service included with the PXE Server (pxesrv.exe) component when processing malformed requests, which could be exploited by attackers to crash a vulnerable server, creating a denial of service condition.

Solution
VUPEN Security is not aware of any vendor-supplied patch.
