Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Acronis True Image, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by a NULL pointer dereference error in the Acronis True Image Windows Agent component when processing malformed packets sent to port 9876, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash an affected server, creating a denial of service condition.
