Multiple vulnerabilities has been identified in CUPS, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service or potentially take complete control of an affected system.

The first issue is caused by a double free error in the "process_browse_data()" [scheduler/dirsvc.c] function when handling printers and classes, which could be exploited to crash an affected daemon or potentially execute arbitrary code via a specially crafted packet.

The second vulnerability is caused by an error when handling the addition and removal of remote shared printers via IPP, which could be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a vulnerable daemon to attempt to dereference already freed memory and crash via specially crafted UDP IPP packets.

The third issue is caused by a memory management flaw was found in the way CUPS handled the addition and removal of remote shared printers via IPP, leading to a memory leak possibly causing the CUPS daemon to crash after exhausting all available memory resources.
