Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Macrovision FlexNext Connect, which could be exploited by remote attackers to take complete control of an affected system. These issues are caused by buffer overflow errors in the "ISDM.exe" and "isusweb.dll" ActiveX controls that include insecure methods (e.g. "AddFile" or "DownloadAndExecute"), which could be exploited by remote attackers to silently download and execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page.
Affected Products
