Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in MaraDNS, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused due to a resource rotation error when handling specially crafted DNS packets, which could cause an authoritative CNAME record to not resolve, creating a denial of service condition.
