Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Asterisk, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by a NULL pointer dereference error when handling BYE messages with Also transfer method, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash a vulnerable application, creating a denial of service condition.
