A vulnerability has been identified in OpenOffice.org, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise an affected system. This issue is caused by an error in the HSQLDB database engine when processing a specially crafted database document, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary static Java code by tricking a user into opening a malicious document.
