Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows, which could be exploited to conduct spoofing attacks. This issue is caused by an error in the DNS Server service that does not provide enough entropy in its random choice of transaction values when sending out queries to upstream DNS servers, which could allow non-privileged users to spoof or redirect Internet traffic from legitimate locations to an arbitrary address.
