Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Apple QuickTime, which could be exploited by remote attackers to disclose sensitive information or take complete control of an affected system.

The first issue is caused by a memory corruption error when processing malformed image description atoms, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious movie.

The second vulnerability is caused by a heap overflow error when processing malformed Sample Table Sample Descriptor (STSD) atoms, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious movie.

The third flaw is caused by an error in QuickTime for Java, which may allow untrusted Java applets to obtain elevated privileges and disclose sensitive information or execute arbitrary code.

The fourth vulnerability is caused by a stack overflow error in PICT image processing, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious image.

The fifth issue is caused by a heap overflow error in PICT image processing, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious image.

The sixth vulnerability is caused by a heap overflow error when handling malformed panorama sample atoms in QTVR (QuickTime Virtual Reality) movie files, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious QTVR.

The seventh issue is caused by a heap overflow error in the parsing of the color table atom when opening a movie file, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious movie file.
