A vulnerability has been identified in IBM Tivoli Service Desk, which could be exploited by malicious users to execute arbitrary scripting code. This issue is caused by an error when processing input passed to the "Description" parameter while creating a new change in Maximo, which could be exploited by malicious uses to cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the user's browser in the security context of an affected Web site.
