A vulnerability has been identified in PHP for Windows, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions. This issue is caused by an error when handling certain COM objects, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code via a specially crafted PHP script and bypass "open_basedir" and "safe_mode" restrictions.
