Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security and Anti-Spyware, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service or take complete control of an affected system. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the SSAPI module within the "vstlib32.dll" library when processing a file with an overly long path name, which could be exploited by an attacker to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges by creating a specially crafted file on a system being protected with a vulnerable application (e.g. via an accessible network share).
