A vulnerability has been identified in Easy Chat Server, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an input validation error in the "chat.ghp" script when processing an overly long "username" parameter, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash an affected system, creating a denial of service condition.
