Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Vim, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code. This issue is caused by a format string error in the "helptags_one()" [src/ex_cmds.c] function when running the "helptags" command, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise an affected system by tricking a user into running "helptags" on malicious data.
