A vulnerability has been identified in Libexif, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code. This issue is caused by an error in the "exif_data_load_data_entry()" [libexif/exif-data.c] function when processing malformed data, which could be exploited by attackers to crash an application linked against a vulnerable library or potentially compromise a vulneable system via a specially crafted EXIF image.
