A vulnerability has been identified in PHP, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary commands. This issue is caused by an integer overflow error in the "php_chunk_split()" [ext/standard/string.c] function when processing overly long arguments, which could be exploited by attackers to crash or compromise a vulnerable web server via a specially crafted "chunk_split()" PHP function.
