Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in PHP, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security checks, cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code.
The first issue is caused by an infinite loop in the "imagecreatefrompng()" function, which could be exploited to create a denial of service condition
The second vulnerability is caused by an error within the "realpath()" function, which could be exploited to bypass "open_basedir" and "safe_mode" restrictions.
