A vulnerability has been identified in Packeteer PacketShaper, which could be exploited by remote attackers to bypass security restrictions or cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by a design error where predictable TCP Initial Sequence Numbers (ISNs) are generated, which could be exploited by attackers to spoof or hijack TCP connections or potentially create a denial of service condition.
