Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in ISC BIND, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an error in the "query.c" file when calling "query_addsoa()", which could be exploited by attackers to cause a recursive nameserver to exit, creating a denial of service condition.
