A vulnerability has been identified in IncrediMail, which could be exploited by remote attackers to take complete control of an affected system. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the IMMenuShellExt ActiveX control (ImShExt.dll) when handling malformed arguments passed to the "DoWebMenuAction()" method, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page.

Solution
Set a kill bit for the CLSID {F8984111-38B6-11D5-8725-0050DA2761C4}.
VUPEN Security is not aware of any vendor-supplied patch.
