A vulnerability has been identified in Linux Kernel, which could be exploited by attackers to gain knowledge of potentially sensitive information. This issue is caused by errors in the "hci_sock_setsockopt()" [net/bluetooth/hci_sock.c] and "l2cap_sock_setsockopt()" [net/bluetooth/l2cap.c] functions that do not initialize the stack buffer passed to "copy_from_user()", which could be exploited by attackers to cause portions of kernel memory to be leaked.
