>> Phorum Multiple Parameter Remote SQL Injection and Cross Site Scripting Vulnerabilities
|
Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Phorum, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries or scripting code.
The first issue is caused by input validation errors in the "include/db/mysql.php", "pm.php", and "admin.php" scripts when processing malformed parameters, which could be exploited by malicious users or administrators to conduct SQL injection attacks.
The second vulnerability is caused by an error in the "include/controlcenter/users.php" script, which could be exploited by a malicious moderator to obtain administrative privileges.
The third issue is caused by errors in the "admin.php" script, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary scripting code or disclose sensitive information (full path).
