Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Bftpd, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an input validation error when processing "mget" and "get" commands, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash an affected application, creating a denial of service condition.
Note : A buffer overflow error within the "parsecmd()" function has also been reported.
