A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows Vista, which could be exploited by malicious users to cause a denial of service. This issue is due to an error within the ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver (ATIKMDAG.SYS) when closing certain applications (e.g. games) or when enabling the slideshow option on specific directories, which could be exploited by local attackers to crash an affected system, creating a denial of service condition.
