Two vulnerabilities have been identified in XMMS, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. These issues are due to integer underflow and overflow errors when processing skin bitmap images with malformed headers, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system by convincing a user to download and install a malicious skin.
