Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Linux Kernel, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This issue is due to an error in the "nfsaclsvc_release_getacl()" [fs/nfsd/nfs2acl.c] function that does not free the proper pointer when handling NFSACL 2 "ACCESS" requests, which could be exploited by attackers to crash a vulnerable system, creating a denial of service condition.
