A vulnerability has been identified in Sun Solaris, which could be exploited by local attackers to obtain elevated privileges. This issue is due to an error within the Kodak Color Management System (KCMS) utilities when handling malformed arguments passed to the "/usr/openwin/bin/kcms_calibrate" command, which could allow malicious users to execute arbitrary commands with "root" privileges.
