A vulnerability has been identified in WordPress, which could be exploited by attackers to gain knowledge of sensitive information. This issue is due to an error in the authentication process that indicates the nature of login failures when handling non-existent usernames or invalid passwords, which could be exploited by remote attackers to enumerate valid usernames, facilitating further attacks.
