Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Linux Kernel, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. This flaw is due to an error in the "clip_mkip()" [net/atm/clip.c] function in the ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) subsystem, which could be exploited by attackers to panic a vulnerable system, creating a denial of service condition.
