Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Invision Power Board (IPB), which could be exploited by malicious users to conduct cross site scripting and cross site request forgery attacks. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the "action_admin/member.php" script when displying a user's avatar via the administrative "Search Member" form, which could be exploited by attackers to cause arbitrary scripting code or redirections to be executed by the administrator's browser by setting a specially crafted image as an avatar.
