A vulnerability has been identified in Capi4Hylafax, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. This flaw is due to an input validation error when processing specially crafted TSI (Transmitter Subscriber Identification) strings via the "c2faxrecv" utility, which could be exploited by remote attackers to inject and execute arbitrary shell commands with the privileges of the user running a vulnerable application.
